grew up in North Dakota where her family homesteaded the Black Leg Ranch four generations before her.  Influenced by her N.D. State Water Engineer Grandfather, she learned the importance of making observations of her surroundings including land, rodeos, pow wows, and historical sites.

At a very young age, Angela realized she looked at the world in a different way and felt she had found the keys to life. Designing throughout her youth, she found herself, graduating from prestigious Augustana College with B.A./ Professional Fine Art Degree, thereafter she taught for arts councils and privately, throughout the country.

Now located in Kansas, Angela creates in her studio located in a 1878 Victorian home.  Her love of oil paint has been featured by many organizations including, the Kansas Oil Museum and Theodore Roosevelt National Park, N.D.
